Surfer

Speedy unlock achievement artwork: fast-moving foot

Character overview

Surfer replaces ordinary movement with a stamina-spending Surfboard attack. Open lanes and a safe stopping point matter more than committing to a long charge through obstacles.

Strengths

  • Combines movement with an attack through the Surfboard.
  • Stamina recovery directly supports more frequent attack commitments.
  • Can plan attacks along open routes toward fuel and extraction.

Weaknesses

  • Obstacles can leave the character beside enemies when the attack stops.
  • Exhausted stamina limits the next movement commitment.
  • A poorly chosen stopping point can leave the character exposed with depleted stamina.

Choose this character when

Choose Surfer when you enjoy directing a movement attack through open lanes and managing stamina.

Choose another character when

Avoid long commitments through blocked routes or when little stamina remains for the exit.

Priorities

  1. Choose the stopping point before starting a sustained charge.
  2. Leave room for stamina recovery after the attack.
  3. Keep a separate weapon for the stopping point if hand capacity permits.

Builds and equipment

Surfer’s unlock objective is the six-dash stamina achievement. Shoes connected to Spring are the player notebook’s recommended route.

The Surfboard uses stamina for a sustained movement attack. It is not an ordinary automatic weapon. Choose open lanes: an obstacle or exhausted stamina can leave you beside enemies at the end of the charge.

Stamina recovery affects how often you can commit to the attack. Preserve room to recover afterward, and keep the route to fuel and the bus in mind before chasing a distant target. A separate weapon can cover the stopping point when hand capacity permits it.

Keep a backup attack for the end of a charge, when stamina or a blocked lane prevents another immediate Surfboard attack.
