Build comparison
| Setup | Equipment | Requirements and limitations |
|---|---|---|
| First clear | Uses starter equipment; keep enough hand capacity for both attacks. | |
| Sheriff Shotgun | Yo-Yo must mark the gun; its distance changes the reload bonus. Shotgun range still limits safe positioning. | |
| Automatic fire | Fit reload support before crafting. Long reloads leave the firing lane exposed. | |
| Repeated on-hit effects | Bolts lodge in targets; repeated effects need an eligible trigger and recipient. | |
| Trigger chains | Each item activates once per chain. A loop cannot supply infinite activations. | |
| Fire damage | Fire remains on the ground; moving fights can leave its damage area behind. | |
| Pumpkin turrets | Walking Shoes can activate the turrets. Keep a direct weapon for enemies outside their coverage. | |
| Chicken minions | Mechanical Egg accepts timed and external activation. Minions can be attacking behind the player. | |
| Armor and critical hits | Spacesuit converts armor to critical chance. Armor support still competes with weapon space. | |
| Bananaperson throwables | Bicycle Pump accepts inflatable weapons. Secret Sauce can deactivate Special Banana if it marks it. | |
| Two-player support | Battery must mark the partner’s gun across the shared backpack edge. |

Astronaut armor and crit build
Use Spacesuit, Body Armor and Pistol to turn armor into protection and critical support, with Shield Generator as optional recovery.
Banana and Grenade build
Keep Special Banana active, add compatible throwable support, and use Grenades when the loot allows it.

Carver pumpkin turret build
Use Walking Shoes to trigger shots from existing pumpkin turrets, with a direct weapon for the opening and moving fights.

Chicken minion and movement build
Use Mechanical Egg with Walking Shoes to add activations while moving, then connect compatible recipients through optional Cogwheel.
Cogwheel, Throwing Knife and Tesla Coil build
Mark Throwing Knife and Tesla Coil with Cogwheel so their timed activations call the other attack once per chain.

Co-op Battery and Pistol build
Put Battery in one backpack and mark the partner’s Pistol across the shared edge, while keeping both players equipped.
Crossbow, Battery and Walking Shoes build
Use Battery for on-hit lightning and Walking Shoes to trigger the Crossbow’s lodged bolts while moving.
Flamethrower burn build
Use persistent fire to cover enemy approaches, keeping movement and a working weapon through the crafting transition.

Sheriff Shotgun reload build
Pair Sheriff with Sawed-off Shotgun and Yo-Yo reload support; keep a handgun until the short-range setup is ready.

Pistol and Knife starter build
Use the Pistol and Knife you already have, add early weapon support, and save expensive crafting for a replacement you can equip.
Minigun reload build
Prepare reload support before crafting Minigun, and keep a working gun until the new weapon can take over.
