Item overview
Walking Shoes activates marked triggerable items through walking distance and provides movement support. It suits attacks that can use that event while you follow a safe route.
- Activation
- Walking distance activates its recipients.
- Recipients
- Marked triggerable items.
- Different event
- Roller Skates uses dashes; do not assume the same activation rule.
Strengths
- Can activate eligible attacks during movement you already need to make.
- Fits a Crossbow plan that repeats on-hit effects through movement.
Weaknesses
- An ordinary gun is not automatically a triggerable recipient.
- Walking into danger for more activations can cost more than the extra attacks gain.
When to pick it
Your attack accepts movement triggers and you can keep walking safely.
When to skip it
Your intended recipient is ineligible or extra walking would lead you into a crowd.

Put an eligible item inside the Shoes’ marks. The Shoes does not make an ordinary gun triggerable. Triggering Crossbow repeats the on-hit effects of embedded bolts.
Walk through safe ground toward loot or an exit while fighting. Circling inside a crowd to earn another activation defeats the movement benefit.
Walking Shoes uses distance traveled. Roller Skates is described as activating through dashes. They may help related setups, but their events and marking positions are not interchangeable.
For a character setup, compare Bananaperson’s throwable build with The Carver’s turret build. For a weapon setup, the Crossbow build separates the Shoes activation from Battery’s on-hit lightning. Cogwheel offers another connection between triggerable items; each recipient still needs valid marks.
