Weapon overview
Rifle supplies the kills for Sharp-Shooter and the direct attack for Bushy’s rooted-target strategy. Preserve useful lanes and broad-wave coverage while supporting it.
- Unlock objective
- Sharp-Shooter requires 1,000 Rifle kills.
- Bushy
- Trap Seed creates the controlled targets; Rifle still has to reach them.
Builds and combinations
Rifle is the weapon required for Sharp-Shooter, Bushy’s 1,000-kill unlock. Kills from an unrelated attack do not replace the Rifle condition. Keep it active and supported while developing enough coverage to survive the map.
The Japanese notebook describes a narrow piercing attack rather than a broad spread. That makes the approach direction important: lining up enemies can give the shot useful targets, while a wide group can still reach the character from another side. Compare the actual attack lane before replacing a weapon that already clears that approach.
Bushy’s Trap Seed controls movement in the planted area, and Bushy gains bonus critical chance against rooted enemies. The Rifle and Trap Seed build explains when to use that setup and when to move away from a new uncovered lane. Rooting one group does not stop every enemy on the map.
For a late replacement, compare the new weapon and all its support together. More projectile size, a valid on-hit effect or a better firing cadence may be more useful immediately than waiting for a rare craft. The weapon comparison keeps those support and coverage questions separate from rarity alone.
