Quick reference
Choose one receiver and make ten other items affect it at the same time. Validate sources at that receiver; adjacency and a visually crowded bag do not establish the count.

Count incoming sources on one target
Choose one compatible weapon. The achievement requires ten other items affecting that target simultaneously.

Ten effects spread across several weapons do not meet this condition. Recheck the simultaneous source count after merges.
Choose a receiver with useful support options
Use a working ranged weapon such as Pistol so that damage, reload and eligible on-hit supports can contribute to both the objective and combat. Gather the support around that receiver rather than spreading ten effects across several guns.
Bicycle Pump, Battery and Yo-Yo illustrate different incoming effects. They have different eligibility and selector rules. Place each one, inspect the receiving weapon, and keep track of which physical source is now contributing. A nearby Health Kit helping the character is not automatically an incoming modifier on the gun.
Extend reach with a repeater
Wi-Fi Repeater forwards buffs it receives to its marked receiver. That can make distant support useful to the same weapon. Establish the source-to-repeater and repeater-to-weapon connections separately. If the gun does not show the forwarded effect, fix that path before adding another object.
Hand Mirror offers an opposite-recipient transfer. Its direction matters. The Mirror relay explanation shows the connection checks; adding a transfer item is not by itself proof that the achievement gained another counted source.
Preserve ten simultaneous sources
Do not merge two contributing copies simply because the resulting rarity looks stronger. The replacement is one physical item, and its new selector may reach a different target. Likewise, an upgrade that changes an item’s footprint can break the outgoing path.

Keep the final ten-source arrangement active until the achievement registers. Ten sources used across different days do not meet a simultaneous condition. Avoid counting one source twice because the same modifier has two possible paths to the receiver.
For an ordinary build, stop before ten if another support no longer earns its space. This is an equipment challenge; the bag with the most sources is not automatically the safest or strongest combat layout.
