Item overview
Rubber Ball makes shots from marked ranged weapons bounce toward nearby enemies, losing damage on later bounces. Unlock Toy Box at base to add it to the loot pool. Three copies in use are also part of Penny’s unlock.

Strengths
- Lets a ranged shot reach additional enemies.
- A compact support for a working Pistol or other eligible ranged gun.
Weaknesses
- Each successive bounce loses damage.
- One upgraded copy does not count as three separate balls.
When to pick it
You want ranged shots to spread through nearby enemies or are collecting Penny’s unlock items.
When to skip it
The intended attack is not an eligible ranged weapon, or extra copies crowd out essential equipment.
Priorities
- Unlock Toy Box before looking for the item.
- Place the gun inside the ball’s marked cells.
- Keep three copies separate until Penny’s achievement registers.
Builds and combinations
Unlocking Toy Box makes Rubber Ball available in runs; it does not place a ball directly into your backpack. Look for copies in loot and shops after purchasing the pack.
For Penny, keep three equipped copies together instead of merging them as soon as a duplicate appears. Hover the ranged weapon after arranging the balls to check which supports reach it. Once the achievement is complete, merge according to the needs of the current build.
